I met September 2016 when I was traveling ile， Washington.

Through an online platform known as“Couchsurfing，” CK reached out to me oember 13， 2016 and initially offered me three days stay in his apartment of the 8th + Republi Apartments， which was located in South Lake Union. CK extended one or two more nights for my stay. I stayed in Kang Dai’s apartment from September 16 or 17， 2016 to September 20 or 21， 2016 as a roommate.

CK was using an at name“Kyle W” when he reached out to me through Couchsurfing. CK used a profile picture of him with a jumpiure at that time. I remember his Couchsurfing profile showed that his age was 25 or 26 at that time. He used to tell me he was born in 1990/ese sign as“horse”.

vited me to ect with him by WeChat， a social media application on smartphohat are very popular among members of the ese-speaking unity.

CK’s Wechat at had the at name“CKxxxxxx”， which he used till now.

During my stay， CK had several personal iions with me， and impressed me with his nice manners and thoughtfulness. CK also made me believe that we shared many is in on， including musid books. For example， he played the music listed in my profile， especially an old German song called“Du bist so gut für mich“(You are so good for me). CK also told me that we share on experience， and he had been to my hometown.

At the time， CK claimed he was single.

During the late night before I left Seattle， CK texted me o and invited me to join him io have a talk. I refused initially but agreed after his persist request.

After I joined him in bed， he hugged me and kissed me. I struggled but did not say no because of the good impression I had about him， and because he made me believe that he had a crush on me. We had sex. CK said to me，“Why did you only e now? Why didn't you e earlier?“

I have retly realized that CK’s behaviors， including invitio join him in bed and asking for sex， are against Couchsurfing’s safety polid should be reported.

The experiences during my stay ile at CK’s apartment created my expectation to tinue and develop the relationship with CK. This expectation remained for the following six-strong years due to our tinuous romantid intimate behaviors and activities， even though d I were not physical living together.

Exhibit 4: 10/12/2019: vited Me to Meet in Shanghai， Xuzhou， a， Nonsensual Sex Photo， Taxi Invoices

In October 2019， during CK’s trip in a， Kang Dai invited me to meet him in Shanghai， and then the day insisted oing in another city， Xuzhou. I dropped my work in Beijing and traveled by train to Xuzhou to meet CK.

Ie night of October 12， 2019， CK picked me up at the Xuzhou East railway station aook taxi to the“e Plaza Xuzhou Dalong Lake” hotel that was booked by him. Iel， we had sex due to CK’s insistence. EXhibit 11: 01/2023-03/2023: CK’s Sexual Violence， Lies， Emotional Manipulation & Abuse on Me

In middle January of 2023， my period came late again， I worried if I gnant. When I told CK， he said“”should not be pregnant， should be caused by his“emotional abuse”(in ese”被他气的“）. CK also suggested me to take abortion， he said abortion is“just like having a period.”

The last time that I had sex with CK was on February 10， 2023. Although I told him that my period came， he insisted and had it anyway. He chocked my neck during sex. When I told CK that I was afraid， he persisted and told me to y eyes and enjoy. After it， I had unbearable pain inside my belly， and could not walk or move， had to stay in bed， and even cried. On Januray 25， 2023， CK said“his special credit card“ has“ a promotion with payment through Flywire”， and suggested to use my school at for him to get cash refund for the excess tuition fees， and offered to use his credit card to pay my tuitioo get me 4% cashback.

However， later I learhat was a loophole with Flywire where using a Visa card and paying with Argentine pesos could get a 40% dist.

This is true and correct copy of records showing that CK used Flywire and Agentine pesos and paid 1 USD for my tuition fee for test purpose. The money was returned by Flywire later.

Exhibit 13: 02/21/2023: cel One Course due to Emotional Distress Caused by CK

Due to serious symptoms of emotional distress， including terrible headache and depression， I had to cel one of my courses at the school I am attending.

On March 21， 2023， when Kang Dai discussed with me about how to make our relationship better， CK even denied his ese o be CK (in ese“xx”)， which caused my feeling of greater doubt and insecurity about this relationship.

The last time I was trying to firm if CK would be itted to relationship with me was on April 1， 2023. CK responded yes but asked me to wait for him for three months.

But I could not wait anymore. I suffered too much pain from CK. I deleted Kang Dai’s WeChat and Skype ats， and our previous email correspondences.

It appears that， in the early m of April 24， 2023， CK’s real name was discovered or identified by unknown i users， without my knowledge. After that， I started to receive messages from unknown i users， who provided detailed personal information of CK， including his employment information.

Photos of CK’s child， which were previously published by his Instagram at and therefore accessible to the public， were also sent to me by unknown i users.

I was deeply shocked， and then fell i and deep pain， when I learhat CK was at least married in 2017， and already had a child.

These sshots show that unknown i users left ents to me revealing that CK has married and has a kid.
